  Purchased a boiler from this company in 2015. It started leaking after two years. When I rang to see if it was under warranty they said it had just come out of the 2 year warranty period and was not replaceable. They also said that I wasn’t covered by warranty anyway because it wasn’t serviced every year. Something that wasn’t explained upon purchasing. No sorry or goodwill gesture of replacing the boiler.
  
  You would expect a brand new boiler to last longer than two years. My advise is to look at other brands and check the warranty small print. Terrible service.
